Institution Overview
Yayasan Bawwabatu Fathul Khair is a legally registered nonprofit educational foundation (Badan Hukum No. AHU-0010661.AH.01.04.Tahun 2019), established under the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia. Through its educational unit, the foundation operates academic programs and issues institutional email addresses under the domain bawwabatufathulkhair.org.
Eligibility
Email accounts with the bawwabatufathulkhair.org domain are issued exclusively to:
- Students who are currently and actively enrolled in one of our educational programs
- Teachers and academic staff who are currently and actively serving at the institution
Email accounts are not issued to prospective students (applicants), alumni, parents, volunteers, donors, or any non-academic individuals.
Account Lifecycle
Creation
Account is created upon official enrollment (students) or employment commencement (staff).
Active Period
Account remains active for the duration of enrollment or employment at the institution.
Deactivation
Account is deactivated upon graduation, withdrawal, or end of employment.
Administration
All email accounts are provisioned, managed, and deactivated by the school administrator. Individual users cannot self-register or create accounts independently. The administrator maintains records of all active accounts and ensures compliance with this policy.
Acceptable Use
Institutional email accounts are intended for academic and educational purposes, including but not limited to:
- Communication related to coursework, assignments, and academic activities
- Access to educational platforms and tools provided by the institution
- Correspondence with faculty, staff, and fellow students regarding academic matters
- Registration for academic software, learning management systems, and educational resources
